Tom joined Drake & Associates in 2019 and has since dedicated himself to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of retirement planning. With a focus on the five key areas of retirement, Tom provides clients with personalized guidance designed to help them achieve long-term financial security and peace of mind.

Known for his ability to simplify complex financial concepts, Tom empowers clients to make informed decisions with confidence. His approachable style and in-depth knowledge make him a trusted partner in planning for the future.

Tom holds both Securities and Insurance licenses and brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Outside the office, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their two children, Julian and Thea Rose. As a proud Wisconsin Badgers fan, he can often be found cheering on his team or enjoying time on the lake with his family.
